What if my order arrives damaged?
While every order leaves our little post room carefully packaged, we understand that damage can occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you might be eligible for a replacement.
To request a replacement:
- Submit an inquiry within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
We will assess each concern individually and communicate the next steps.
Are the purchases final sale?
Due to the handmade and intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ask for at most 2 days to prepare and ship your order, and 2-5 business days via USPS. Please take into account that we are closed on Sundays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Because our products are assembled by hand, production times will vary slightly, especially during high-volume periods.
I'm hosting a bridal shower/dinner party/birthday celebration, but I need more envelopes.
Please submit an inquiry below and include the following:
- Amount of envelopes you need;
- The style(s);
- The date of your event and when you plan to mail out invites (if applicable);
- If you'd like to include deckled edge paper or not. For custom orders, deckled edge paper is automatically omitted and will not be reflected in the final price unless requested.
Do you design custom stationery for specialized projects/creative storytelling/(nonprofit) galas, etc.?
Yes, we welcome inquiries from creative directors, stylists, photographers, art departments, production teams, and other creatives interested in incorporating TLC into their work.
Please correspond with us directly at dear@thelovecommandment.com and include:
- Project title and a brief description of the concept
- Client, publication, talent, or production, if applicable
- Shoot or production date and location, if applicable
- A mood board, treatment, or visual references, if available
- TLC and/or custom pieces and quantities
- How the pieces will be used and where the finished work will appear
- Budget
- Deliverable deadline
